Court: No right to resist illegal cop entry into home

INDIANAPOLIS | Overturning a common law dating back to the English Magna Carta of 1215, the Indiana Supreme Court ruled Thursday that Hoosiers have no right to resist unlawful police entry into their homes.

  1. Welcome to 1984, welcome to the new world order. We’re nearing the end of the road. Hoosiers, you better wake up and do something about this or it’s over for you and by extension all of us. This action is completely illegal and unconstitutional.

    • it’s not about the case that brought all this into being, it’s what was brought into being that is of importance here. This is why judges should not be allowed to legislate from the bench. Apparently a large percentage of judges are ignorant of the law or just plain don’t care.
