I think the Packers offer a very similar matchup that the 2008 Cardinals had for SB 43 against Pittsburgh. A spread passing attack that’s very deep and talented at WR, and little to offer from the TE and ground game. The big difference is Rodgers is mobile while Warner stayed in the pocket. I’m pretty sure the Steelers had the same secondary in that game, other than Deshea Townsend being gone. They handled the Cardinals pretty well until the 4th quarter. Jennings is good, but I don’t see him taking a game over the way Fitzgerald did. I do expect a lot of passing from GB, and Rodgers might be the leading rusher in this game for GB. Anyone in the media that even thinks about talking up Starks or GB’s “improved” running game is crazy. They will not run the ball well in this game. Not a chance.
